We hope that enjoy the prints you order from us.

At this point in time we custom print each order as we receive them to maintain each print's highest quality standard. Thus, at this point in time, we do not accept exchanges and returns (unless damaged on arrival; see below).

Damaged Items on Arrival

If your item is damaged on arrival please contact us within 48 hours of parcel arrival on me@sarasidari.com with your order number and some clear images of the damaged item and we will begin the process to make a claim with the postage insurance.

Quality Control

As part of our quality control each print is check twice, once at the printer and again before your item(s) are dispatched. We pride ourselves that each item is sent in absolute condition along with specialised packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Invoiced jobs

For invoiced jobs by Sara Sidari, external to purchased on our website, please note a refund of a deposit is not possible if client decided to opt out of the invoice and job eg for change of mind and a credit to our online store will be provided to use at a later date. Sara’s Schedule is booked out months in advance and the deposit covers time out of her schedule for the project meaning other paid jobs will be rejected for this period.
